For the past five summers, I’ve had the privilege of volunteering at Camp Simcha, giving back to these amazing kids. I’ve met so many extraordinary campers, including my awesome camper Leah, whose strength, laughter, and resilience inspire me every single day. This year, I also had the incredible opportunity to serve as head staff in Camp, and I could not be more grateful to be part of such an amazing team.

Now, I’m so excited to continue this journey as a staff member at Team Lifeline Israel, coordinating our Women’s Race and Jerusalem Marathon teams! Since making aliyah, it’s been especially meaningful to bring this part of my life with me to Israel and help others get involved in a cause so close to my heart.

The reason I am so deeply involved with Chai Lifeline and Camp Simcha is because of my brother Yehuda, who battled Ewing Sarcoma and, Baruch HaShem, is now married, cancer-free, and recently became a father! Watching him reach this beautiful milestone makes me even more grateful for the support our family received. I saw firsthand how Chai Lifeline and Camp Simcha stepped in during his illness, providing support, joy, and unforgettable memories for our whole family.
